How long does it take for my card to arrive?
Your postcard will be printed and delivered to postal services the next working day (if you don't iniciate another shipping date). It will take 2 to 3 days to be delivered within Europe.
I would like to upload my own picture. Which resolution should it have?
We use digital printing to produce the cards. Your picture should have at least 150 dpi in order to have a good result. The maximal size ist 2 MB and your picture should have one of the following formats: JPEG, BMP, PNG.
How can I pay my postcard?
In order to pay your postcard, you have the choice between several payment modes: Click&Buy, Credit Cards, PayPal and T-Pay.
How much does it cost to send a postcard?
Most of the postcards cost 1.50 EUR. Some are a little more expensive. The price is always indicated on the right side of the selected image. Postage has to be put on top. It costs 0.65 EUR to send a card to European countries, 0.45 EUR to send a card to Germany and 1 EUR to the rest of the world. The price will be automatically calculated and indicated after you have edited the back and filled in the receivers' data.

I?d like to send the same card to several receivers, how can I do that?
It?s very easy: Sign up at myPOSTCARDO and create your postcard. Choose the picture you want (either from our gallery or your own photo) and write the text. Save the card in your shopping cart and send us an excel file with the other addresses. We will ?reproduce? your card with the other addresses and put them into your shopping cart, too. Here you can check and change them if you like and then pay them. Easy, isn?t it?
