What is Postcardo?

Postcardo is a web application that lets you easily turn your digital photos into real, physical postcards and send them to anyone, anywhere. You upload a photo, add a message, enter a recipient’s address, and Postcardo handles printing and mailing your postcard.

How does Postcardo work?

  1. Upload a photo for the postcard’s front.
  2. Write your message for the back.
  3. Specify the recipient—either enter their mailing address yourself, or send them a link to fill it in privately.
  4. Pay online to submit your postcard for printing and delivery.
  5. We print and mail your postcard via trusted postal and print partners (like Lob and PostGrid).

Can the recipient fill in their own address?

Yes! If you don’t know the recipient’s mailing address, you can send them a secure link allowing them to enter their own address. We won’t show them your message or the photo until you confirm payment and mailing.

What kind of images can I upload?

You can upload standard image types including JPEG, PNG, and HEIC. If you upload from an iPhone and your photo is in HEIC format, we convert it automatically for you.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is displayed during checkout and covers printing, postage, and delivery. After you’ve uploaded your postcard and are happy with your message, you’ll see a payment form where the total price is shown.

What if I want to edit or cancel my postcard?

After you pay, you can still edit the address or the message for up to one hour before your postcard is sent to print. If you need to cancel, please contact support as soon as possible after payment.

How is my payment information handled?

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store your full card details.

How do I track my postcard?

Once your postcard is mailed, we’ll provide tracking info if available (some destinations may not support tracking). You’ll receive a link to check the delivery status.

Can I send postcards internationally?

Yes! We support international delivery to most addresses worldwide.

What happens if there’s a problem delivering my postcard?

If the postcard can’t be delivered for any reason, we will notify you by email and let you know your options (such as resending or requesting a refund).

Is my data secure?

Yes—Postcardo uses secure protocols, encrypted storage, and follows best practices for privacy and payment information security. Addresses and images are only used for producing and mailing your postcards.
