This privacy policy explains how Postcardo collects, uses, and shares your information.
- OPEN NATURE OF POSTCARDS
Postcards are inherently not private:
- Physical postcards are sent open and can be viewed by postal workers and others
- Digital versions are accessible to anyone with the shareable link
- Undelivered postcards can be edited by the person who receives the link (and therefore anyone they share it with too)
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you provide:
- Recipient addresses
- Message content
- Images uploaded for postcards
- Payment information (processed securely by payment providers)
- HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Create and deliver postcards
- Process payments
- Improve our service
- Troubleshoot issues
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use third-party services for:
- Hosting (Supabase, Vercel, AWS)
- Error tracking and logging (Sentry)
- Analytics (PostHog)
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Printing and mailing services (e.g., Lob, but not limited to Lob)
These services help us operate and improve Postcardo but may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only:
- With services necessary to deliver postcards

- With your consent

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security given the open nature of postcards.
