By using Postcardo, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE
    You agree to use Postcardo in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. You will not:
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Circumvent any security features
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data
  • Use automated scripts to access the service without permission
  1. PROHIBITED CONTENT
    You will not create or send postcards containing:
  • Explicit sexual or pornographic material
  • Violent or graphic content
  • Hateful, threatening, or harassing content
  • Malicious or deceptive content
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Spam or unsolicited advertising
  1. RECIPIENT CONSENT
    You agree to:
  • Only send postcards to recipients who would reasonably welcome mail from you
  • Not use the service to harass, stalk, or repeatedly contact unwilling recipients
  • Take responsibility for ensuring recipient addresses are accurate and current
  1. POSTCARD VISIBILITY
    Please understand that:
  • Physical postcards are sent open and visible to postal workers and handlers
  • Digital versions are accessible to anyone with the shareable link
  • Undelivered postcards can be edited by anyone who has the link
  1. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
    You are responsible for:
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
    We strive to provide reliable service but:
  • Do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access
  • May modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
  • Reserve the right to change features or functionality
  1. PAYMENT TERMS
    For paid services:
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Fees are non-refundable once a postcard has been dispatched
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with appropriate notice
  1. TERMINATION
    We reserve the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
  • Remove content that violates these terms
  • Block users who repeatedly violate these terms

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postcardo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
